Tagliani and theetge team up again with a fresh look, new crew chief, and big goals for the 2025 nascar canada series

Montreal, Québec – May 7st, 2025 – Get ready, race fans! Alex Tagliani and Donald Theetge are teaming up once again to drive the #80 Camaro in the 2025 NASCAR Canada Series. Together with Theetge Motorsports, they’re aiming for the Owner’s Championship in what promises to be a thrilling season.


Helping lead the charge is four-time champion Don Thomson Jr., who joins the team as crew chief. With his knowledge and experience, the team is stronger than ever. Everyone has been working hard all winter to get the cars in top shape for the season.


“I’m excited to be back with Donald,” said Tagliani. “With Don Thomson Jr. joining as crew chief and the great group we have, it feels like something special is coming.”


The #80 Camaro will again showcase the bold red and yellow St-Hubert colors, featuring a dynamic design by Jerry Hall. Tagliani’s car will also highlight new partners: The UPS Store, Impression Mirabel, Dryshine, Grand Royal Wôlinak and BetGRW.com. In celebration of Canadian pride, the hood is adorned with maple leafs, reminding us of how fortunate we are to be Canadian.


Donald Theetge’s #80 Camaro features a sleek, fresh livery, now proudly showcasing support from Vulcain and Garoy Construction. This exciting new look brings added flair and energy to the team, making the car even more eye-catching as it hits the track for the 2025 season.

The season kicks off on Sunday, May 18th at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, Ontario.
